   Fuck housing.

   Dear Student,

   I am writing about your housing assignment for academic year 2010-11. Currently you are one of a small number of students for whom we are not yet able to provide a permanent room assignment. This is due to the large incoming freshman and transfer student class. Historically, it has been our experience that a number of students will cancel their housing contracts prior to the start of classes. We anticipate that we will be able to offer those cancelled spaces to the remaining students without assignments as soon as they become available, or assign you to a temporary space no later than Wednesday, September 15.

   Because our situation is changing daily, please be sure to continue checking your UCD email on a daily basis.

   Yeah? Well, fuck you, Joann. Fuck housing for your shitty services. How the hell did I end up not having a room when I CLEARLY had one to begin with?? I am not going to stay in some temporary space for the time being. I will complain the shit out of you until I get my way, lady. I paid a damn $500 reservation fee for a reason…and I’m pretty sure that means I am guaranteed housing. Dumbasses. 

   So yesterday night I had a dream about my housing stuff. The day before I was thinking about why I haven’t gotten my room assignments and everyone else had…so I was really worried and anxious to find out why. Anyway, I fell asleep and I had a dream about the whole housing thing. In the dream, my name was listed under this place where the building was still under construction. So some person emailed me and told me that they can’t do anything about it at the moment so I’d have to stay somewhere else for the time being. It said that whenever the place was finished, I would be able to move in.

   TALK ABOUT A PREMONITION. Now I see this lovely email…dreams are real, kiddies.

   Starting to hate on Davis, not going to lie. This is NOT a good way to start the school year, assholes.
