I love my suitemates and especially my roommates. I’m so glad that we all get along well together. Davis is pretty fun. I LOVE biking. It’s so fun! I’m exercising and getting to places at the same time. There’s nothing to hate about it.
Classes started today. Intermediate ballet was so boring. The teacher is definitely not a ballet dancer. It was actually kind of annoying. He was SOOOO slow. I thought we were going to dance and everything right when we got there…but he totally lagged like…an hour of the class by making us introduce ourselves and ask questions. It was high school all over again. I guess since he’s new, he’s not really used to how classes worked. But regardless, he’s definitely not a ballet dancer since he definitely doesn’t move like one. I was so disappointed that the teacher was changed. Anyway, I dropped the class. I was NOT going to take a 2 unit class and read three different types of book and do two essays AND for the final, choreograph a piece that’s around FIVE minutes. A SOLO.
WHAT??
This dude was definitely going overboard. He’s so quiet when he talks too. And he definitely looked like he didn’t want to teach. He was the most unenthusiastic dance teacher EVER. He made me want to cry in a little corner and cut myself. Really. He was THAT bad. I’m pretty sure the girls in the class saw the same thing…such a boring class.
Then I had NPB (neurobiology, physiology, and behavior). I loved the professor. He’s this Taiwanese little Asian dude. I saw on ratemyprofessor.com that he was a great teacher and he really is. I enjoyed his lecture…even though he has a slight accent.
Bio. I think this class is going to be the class that I pull all nighters for. My professor seems so strict and hardcore. He made the class sound incredibly hard and torturous. I thought bio was going to be a pretty easy class since I’ve already taken it before and this would just be a review for me…uh, yeah, it’s definitely not going to. We have a bunch of essay problems on the midterms and final. Fun, fun.
I was exhausted by the end of the day. Right when I came back I decided to start reading the lecture notes that both my bio and NPB professor put up. There are so many!
College is going to be preettttyy stressful. And this was only day 1 of class.
